It should open up, but if not, try to restart the computer, you must restart might have in order to install all updates. If this fails, even rebooting the computer and try again. And if that does not work, try downloading from another location. Or wait a day longer to load, maybe the computer has a virus, try scanning. Or the game can give your computer a virus and trying to protect, too.
